Terms
Terms of Service
The short version: we plan a road trip, you drive it. Here’s the rest, in plain language.

Who we are
Vromp is offered by Vromp LLC. Throughout these terms, “Vromp,” “we,” and “us” mean Vromp LLC, and “you” means the person creating an account or buying a trip.
What Vromp sells
Vromp sells trip curation: a planned route, a set of stops, and written guidance for a road trip you take in your own vehicle. Vromp does not sell, provide, furnish, arrange, book, contract for, or act as agent for transportation or lodging. You arrange and pay for your own vehicle, fuel, and accommodations directly — we may recommend places to stay along the way, but any booking you make with them is between you and that business.
Who can use Vromp
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Vromp account or buy a trip. If your trip involves driving, the person doing the driving must hold a valid driver’s license and be legally permitted to drive in the places the trip routes through.
Where Vromp is offered
Vromp is offered in the United States only. We do not offer or direct our service to people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and these terms should be read with that in mind.
Assumption of risk
Vromp curates a route. We do not control the roads you drive on, the businesses or venues along your route, the lodging you book, or the weather you encounter, and we cannot guarantee that any of them will be open, safe, or as described by the time you arrive. Conditions change. Driving is your responsibility: you decide whether a road, a stop, or a day’s plan is one you should actually take, and you assume the risk of the trip you choose to drive.
Acceptable use
Use Vromp the way it’s meant to be used: to plan and take your own road trip. Don’t try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app or site; don’t use Vromp to harass, endanger, or defraud anyone; and don’t misrepresent who you are when you create an account or contact us.
Our curated content
The routes, stop selections, written stories, and other trip content Vromp creates for you are Vromp’s intellectual property, licensed to you for your own personal use in taking your trip. You’re welcome to share your experience — photos, stories, a review — but the underlying curated content itself isn’t yours to republish, resell, or hand off to someone who hasn’t bought a Vromp trip.
Refunds and trip credit
Our refund and trip-credit policy is stated in full, and kept current, at /refunds. That page is the canonical statement of what you get back and when — not the summaries that appear elsewhere on the site.
The Vromp app and Apple’s license terms
If you use Vromp through Apple’s App Store, your use of the app itself is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Nothing in these terms is meant to contradict that agreement; where the two describe the same thing, both apply, and where they genuinely conflict, Apple’s standard terms govern your use of the app as software.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Vromp changes. If we make a material change, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Vromp after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution
