Need a hand?
Vromp is small enough that a person reads every message. Usually that person is the one who built it.

Contact us
Email hi@vromp.app. A person reads every message and we answer as quickly as we can — usually within a couple of business days. If your trip is already underway and something has gone wrong, say so in the subject line and we’ll jump the queue.
When you write in, it helps to include the email address on your Vromp account and, if it’s about a specific trip, roughly when the trip starts.
Common questions
My trip isn’t showing up in the app
Trips live with your account, not your device, so the usual cause is being signed into the app as a different person than the one who booked.
That happens more easily than it sounds. In the app you sign in with Apple or with a link we email you; on the web you can also use a password. If you booked on the web with your own email address and then signed into the app with Sign in with Apple, those can be two separate accounts — and if you used Apple’s Hide My Email, the second one is under a relay address you’ve never seen. Email us and we’ll find the trip and attach it to the account you’re actually using. This one we have to do by hand, so don’t spend long trying to fix it yourself.
I can’t sign in
In the app, you can sign in with Apple or have us email you a sign-in link — there is no password to forget. On the web you can also use an email and password. If you first signed up with Apple, use the Apple button rather than the email form; they aren’t interchangeable even when the address looks the same.
Will Vromp work where there’s no signal?
Mostly, and deliberately so — Vromp is built for the rural West, where losing service is expected rather than exceptional. Once a trip is activated, its route, stops, and written content are stored on your phone and stay readable without a connection.
Two caveats worth knowing before you leave. Activating a trip needs a connection, so do it before you drive out of range. And turn-by-turn navigation hands off to Apple Maps or Google Maps, which have their own offline behavior — if you want live guidance in a dead zone, download the area in your maps app first.
Why can’t I see my stops ahead of time?
On a Curated trip that’s the point: the destinations stay a mystery until you arrive. On an Itinerary trip you see the route and stops up front, and the stories and pro tips still reveal on arrival. If you want to know everything in advance, the Itinerary tier is the one you want.
How do I get a refund?
Email hi@vromp.app and tell us what happened. The short version:
- More than 72 hours before departure: we refund in full.
- Something went wrong mid-trip: we refund the days you didn’t get, and add credit toward a future trip.
- After your trip: tell us within 30 days and we’ll put the full amount toward your next Vromp as trip credit — no questions asked, once in any 12 months.
- If the trip fell short because of something we did: you get your money back, whenever it happened.
Your account and your data
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, from Settings in the app. It removes your name, profile, contact details, and the link between you and the stops you’ve visited.
Some records stay behind — including your sign-in record and anything we’re required to keep for tax purposes. The full detail is here, including how to ask us to erase everything the automatic path doesn’t reach.
Privacy requests
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to have it deleted or corrected, and not to be treated differently for asking. Two ways to make a request: delete your account in the app, or email hi@vromp.app with what you’d like us to do. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
